We need some volunteers for the snacks on Nov 6 and the dinners on Nov 9 and Nov 10. The snacks could be apples, cereal bars, juice, anything to keep them going that is healthy. We need enough for the cast and crew and orchestra and should be at the school around 3:30-4:00pm.
Mrs. Speck, how many people do we need to feed for the dates above?
On those dates, we'll need to feed the entire cast, crew and orchestra, so approximately 100 people.

Description: Snacks at longer rehearsals and dinners served for cast, crew and orchestra on the evenings of November 9 and 10. Kim O'Shaughnessy has volunteered to coordinate the California Tortilla dinner for Tuesday the 10th. Tiffany Kazemi's father Mark Kazemi called today and let me know that he would love to have his restaurant 3 Brothers do the dinner on the 9th for a reduced price for us. Please call him at 301-984-4448 to work out the details.
Also, we could use snacks for October 29th and November 6th rehearsals that are scheduled to go until 6pm. If you buy anything related to snacks, please discuss it with me before you do and I'll make sure you have a tax exempt card for purchase, make your purchase with cash, check or debit card and I'll submit your receipts for reimbursement.
